We offer a wide range of custom glass and glazing solutions to the exterior and interior construction market. Our in-house capabilities allow us to control every step of the process from design, fabrication and installation to ensure the highest quality product gets installed accurately and safely. Our ability to plan, organize and adapt to construction schedules allows us to consistently complete projects on schedule and on budget.
Fabrication
A3 Glass owns a state of the art 148,000 sq. ft. industrial facility on 9 acres located in northwest Houston. The facility has office space and large industrial facility used for the fabrication, assembly and storage of aluminum window systems.
We utilize the latest techniques and equipment to promote consistency and efficiency. We believe in continuous improvement and are always looking for new ways to improve our products and processes. We have built our reputation over the past 10 years by consistently executing on our commitments. Through the boom and bust markets, we have remained disciplined in our approach to only accept work that fits within our capacity limitations to ensure a successful outcome. We credit our strong track record of successful projects to the talent and experience of our foreman, fabricators and glaziers.

Beveling
With advanced technology and superior service, A3 Glass’ fabrication capabilities leads the competition. We are committed to provide bevels next day/same day with quality products and no compromise, our fast turn around times on Bevel is what is expected of us. Our experienced fabrication team can bevel from 1/4″ to 1 7/8″ on glass ranging from 3/16″ glass/mirror to 3/8″ glass. We are committed to provide bevels next day/same day.
Sand Blasting
Clients of A3 Glass can take advantage of our Online Ordering and Inventory System. Inventory is available online to view before placing orders, creating/paying invoices. With our OOIS, glaziers can view their transaction history, create/change work orders, and delete/void purchase orders. The real-time progress of orders can be seen through our OOIS, from processing to completion.
Edging
Here at A3 Glass, we believe in providing the exceptional service to our glaziers. We fabricate our Shelves Showers and Table tops Same day/Next day for all our glaziers. The experienced fabrication team at A3 Glass can polish glass and mirrors using two different profiles. Our Machine has the ability to apply a flat polish or a pencil (semi-round) polish to the edge of the glass. The edging can have a finish from grind to polish. The glass thickness ranges from 3/16″ to 1/2″ inch and 3/16″ to 1/4″ for mirrors.
Shape Edging
A3 Glass has more than 45 shapes for your convenience. With the capability to bevel and polish almost any irregular shapes and thickness, we add one more expedited service for our glaziers and provide shape edging next day. Our Machine is capable of beveling tight corners and polish inner circle edges with sizes from 4″ to 91″ in diameter. The machine is capable of processing different edge work such as pencil polish edge, flat polish edge and OG edge etc.
